Newcastle vs Arsenal highlights: Twitter reacts as Arsenal win 2-1
TheSportsRush brings Newcastle vs Arsenal highlights as Arsenal cruise to 2-1 win in their fifth Premier League game of the season.
Arsenal registered their third win of the season as they won 2-1 against Newcastle. Granit Xhaka scored a terrific free-kick in the first half, and Mesut Ozil doubled the lead minutes later.
Arsenal, however, failed to keep a clean sheet again, as they conceded in the dying seconds of the match. Unai Emery’s side is yet to keep a clean sheet in 2018/19 Premier League season.
Arsenal have now scored 9 points in the league, and have climbed up to 7th position in the table. They will now begin their Europa League campaign next week, when they face Vorslka at the Emirates Stadium on September 20.
Here are some of the tweets from the match.

Arsenal looking as vulnerable as ever on counterattacks. You know something’s not right when left-winger Aubameyang has to track back and cover for right-back Bellerin… #NEWARS

The good news for Arsenal fans is that Granit Xhaka has scored for Arsenal. The bad news is that it will only encourage him.

Newcastle 1-2 Arsenal thoughts:
– Lucas Torreira must start every match
– Xhaka and Torreira are our best mid duo
– Still scary for the fans when Cech’s looking to make a short pass
– Ramsey don’t know season’s started
– Couldn’t be more happy for Ozil’s goal #afc— Lacazettes (@Lacazettes) September 15, 2018
Trying to play out of the back with Cech and Mustafi is like starting the night with Buckfast. Seems like a nice idea but it’s only a matter time before you get f*cked up and embarrass yourself.

The year is 2028. Lucas Torreira has finally been named in the starting XI for an Arsenal game.

Xhaka and Ozil both scored, English media’ll have a day off tomorrow.

I’ve got used that under Emery , first half has been “experiment half”
Second half is when we try to win the gameSo this should be fun
Ozil to drop back more , combine with Ramsey, Auba cut in more , Guendouzi subbed out , Hector/Monreal bomb forward
