Neymar's teammates at PSG teased him after he informs about his decision to stay

Neymar’s teammates at PSG hilariously teased the Brazilian International after he informs them about his decision to stay at the club.

Neymar was for long speculated to move away from PSG, after his reported fallout with PSG this summer, as Barcelona and Real Madrid looked interested in the move.

However, no deal was finalized with either of the clubs. Even though Barcelona were all the way near to bring the Brazilian International back to the Catalan club but a deal was not able to be finalized by the end of the transfer window.

Thus, according to reports from inside the dressing room, Neymar was allegedly teased by his teammates as they kept saying “Se Queda” after he informed them about his stay at Les Parisiens.

The Spanish phrase refers to Gerard Pique’s Instagram post of Neymar. The Barcelona defender uploaded a picture of himself and Neymar accompanied with the words “Se queda” – translated as “He stays” – back in July 2017, only for the Brazilian to complete a world record transfer to PSG.

There were many rounds of negotiations between Barcelona and PSG to finalize a deal with Neymar, as the 27-year-old star was determined to reform the famous MSN back at Nou Camp.

The Blaugranas even offered to include its key players to convince the French giants to let him go, but the deal was not agreed by the both sides.

According to RMC, An anonymous PSG player said: “It was a relief. It’s important for the project and above all prevents us from strengthening Barça. Better to play with a Neymar who’s a bit sad, than against a Neymar in top form.”

Meanwhile, PSG have been able to bolster its attack after signing Mauro Icardi on loan from Inter Milan, and managed to keep Neymar to make a deadly trio of Neymar, Icardi and Kylian Mbappe this season.
