This year’s NFL Draft has taken fans by storm. Football lovers are going crazy, as they just cannot wait any longer. But as the proceedings inch closer, some NFL admirers are becoming nostalgic and want to know which talented players their favorite teams had chosen in the last few years.

No. 1 pick of the 2020 NFL Draft: Joe Burrow was a fresh candidate straight out of Louisiana State University. The Heisman Trophy winner was selected first overall by the Cincinnati Bengals. He started all 10 games he played in his rookie season before suffering a season-ending knee injury. In those 10 games, he threw for 2,688 yards and 13 touchdowns, with five interceptions.

No. 1 pick of the 2021 NFL Draft: Trevor Lawrence played college football at Clemson University. The finalist for the Heisman Trophy in 2020 was picked by the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 23-year-old did not have a smooth start in his rookie season and even got a grade of C from CBS’s Chris Trapasso.

No. 1 pick of the 2022 NFL Draft: Travon Walker played for the Georgia Bulldogs and was selected first overall by the Jaguars in the 2022 NFL Draft. Walker, who didn’t know what to expect from the 2022 season, treated it as a growing year and is planning to make a bigger impact in 2023.

This year’s class is filled with talented prospects. As per Dane Brugler of The Athletic, the candidate that will first get selected will be Alabama QB, Bryce Young.

It is widely rumored that the Carolina Panthers will steal Young. This is because they hold the top selection after trading with the Bears. Moreover, Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud was also expected to go No.1. However, his low S2 score dropped his draft stock. Apart from the 2021 Heisman Trophy winner, Anthony Richardson and Kentucky’s Will Levis are also being considered as potential top picks.
