NZ vs WI Dream 11 Prediction: Best Dream11 team for today’s New Zealand vs West Indies Warm-up match | TSR helps you with Dream 11 for CWC 2019.

New Zealand, who emphatically defeated India in the first warm-up, will play a strong West Indies squad whose first warm up match was washed out. Both teams would want to put in a good performance before the big tournament starts.

NZ vs WI Dream 11 Prediction

Bowlers for NZ vs WI Dream 11

Trent Boult ran through the Indian top order in the previous match. He is expected to bowl a few overs here as well and I wouldn’t be surprised if he makes full use of the condition and get many more wickets.

Lockie Ferguson was decent with the ball picking up a wicket. I bring him in because of his extra pace which can hurry up the batsmen. This might be particularly effective against the Windies batsmen who love to have a big bat swing.

In case any of these Kiwi pacers are rested in this game, you can bring in Matt Henry who is expected to bowl a lot in this match.

West Indies off-spinner Ashley Nurse also makes it to my team. He has been consistently picking up wickets even in the tri-series involving Bangladesh and Ireland apart from them. Nurse can give me a few wicket points in the middle overs.

All-rounders for NZ vs WI Dream 11

Jimmy Neesham made a strong case for this selection in the playing XI after picking up 3 Indian wickets in the 6 overs that he bowled. He has this knack of deceiving the batsmen and sending them back to the pavilion. He can also be a handy batsman lower down the order since he can score some quick runs.

My second all-rounder is the man who is playing the best cricket of his life. Andre Russell took the IPL by storm and was adjudged the most valuable player. He has a simple mantra. See the ball and hit it out of the park.

If he continues his deadly form with the bat, the opposition is doomed. He can also bowl some good overs and pick up a few wickets.

Wicket-keepers for NZ vs WI Dream 11

I have picked 3 wicket-keepers in my team for this match. Tom Latham, who was not played in the previous match, should be playing here. He has a lot of potential and can bat responsibly at the top of the order. He can easily give me a lot of points since he’s extremely consistent.

Shai Hope has been batting exceptionally. He hit a number of tons in the recently concluded tri-series and was looking invincible. Hope has batted so well that he has made it to the 4th position on the ODI Rankings for Batsmen. I get him in immediately.

Nicholas Pooran is expected to be given a go in this warm-up match. He has been in good touch in the IPL and would look to bring that form here as well in order to cement a spot in the playing XI.

Batsmen for NZ vs WI Dream 11

Now, I have 30 credits left and 3 spots to fill. Hence, I go full throttle and pick the 3 best Batsmen playing tonight, each of who costs 10 credits. Kane Williamson is one of the best in the business and can be relied upon to score quite a few runs. Williamson’s dependability is his strongest suit which brings him into my team as well. He scored 67 in the last match and would want to get some more.

Ross Taylor, my second batsman, has been in fine batting form as well. He scored a great 71 in the last match against India and would want to contribute again. The #3 ODI Batsman in the world is a must-have in your team since he has the ability to play some big knocks. I also make Taylor my vice captain for this match.

The captain would be none other than the Jamaican stalwart, Chris Gayle. Gayle has had a fantastic year so far having decimated the English bowlers and then taking the IPL by storm again. Gayle can be a key batsman for the Windies here since if he gets going, there is little that can stop him.
