Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Sir Alex Ferguson share a classy moment after Man Utd beat Man City. City’s hopes for a 3rd consecutive PL title took a huge hit today.
Manchester United began the international break with 2 disappointing draws against Sheffield United and Aston Villa. Nobody in their right mind gave them a lick of a chance against Tottenham and Manchester City in a span of less than a week.
Manchester United have however, showed incredible resolve and character to best both Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola, two of the best coaches in the world, to end the week in the best possible manner. While one match featured an ex-boss, the other was a derby.
Legendary manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, was also in attendance, and was seen smiling through the match as Manchester United defied all odds to beat Manchester City at the Etihad. The current and the former Manchester United manager were seen sharing a classy moment after the match.

Sir Alex Ferguson was awarded with Knighthood after he guided Manchester United to a historic treble; the first and only English side to ever do so. The goal that enabled the treble came off the foot of none other than Ole Gunnar Soslkjaer himself.
The player has since succeeded his former boss and is hoping to take the side back to where they were during his playing days.
With this loss, Manchester City are now 14 points away from Liverpool. A hat-trick oi Premier League titles is now starting to look like a distant possibility now.
