The Arsenal forward is known for generating hype with his social media activity.

Ever since the announcement of Unai Emery, Arsenal have been the hot topic in the transfer market. Unai Emery is set for a squad overhaul at the club, and deals for Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Stephan Lichtsteiner are already in place. The former is reportedly set to have his medical at Arsenal this week.

The Gunners’ striker, Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, has been the latest to fuel the Arsenal transfer speculations. His social media activities are known to stir conversations, and once again, he has made the Arsenal fans excited with his instagram activity.

Aubameyang has ‘liked’ ArsenalFanTV’s post on Instagram which suggests that Ousmane Dembele could be on the way to Arsenal. The French forward has been linked with a move away from FC Barcelona. Liverpool are among the front-runners to sign him, as per various reports.

Aubameyang and Dembele have played together for Borussia Dortmund in the past. While Dembele left the German club last summer, Aubameyang soon followed on his way out in the January transfer window.

ArsenalFansTV wrote: “It’s being reported that Barcelona would possibly be willing to sell Dembele for £87m. If thats the case should Arsenal go all out and sign the Frenchman?”

It looks like Aubameyang is impressed with the prospect of playing with his former teammate. The Gabon striker is already back to playing with his former Dortmund teammate Henrikh Mkhitaryan at Arsenal.

Earlier, Aubameyang liked a post on Instagram which hinted that a three-year deal for Sokratis Papastathopoulos is confirmed. Interestingly, various media reports from UK hint that the Greek defender, who is currently at Borussia Dortmund, will be having his medical with the North-London club later this week.
