Predicted XI for the 1st T20I between India and Sri Lanka
Following a 2-1 ODI series win over Sri Lanka, India will now take on Sri Lanka in a 3 match T20 series starting in Cuttack tomorrow.
After all the battering and beating that they received from India, Sri Lanka would be hoping to script a comeback of sorts in the T20 series
At the same time, India can’t afford to take their foot off the gas in the T20Is despite having beaten the visitors all ends up in the limited-overs series(except that slight blip in the first ODI)
Sri Lanka’s future looks rattling down the wrong slope and not for the first time so. They have done well in patches but haven’t really got together as a unit to trouble the Indians, at least not so in the last two ODI’s
The first of the three-match T20I series is scheduled to play tomorrow at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, a venue where India have forgettable memories.
Sri Lanka, on the other hand, will look to end their unfortunate days at least in the upcoming series.
Predicted Playing XI
