After the resounding success of the maiden season of Premier Futsal league, we are eagerly awaiting for the start of the second season in a few days time.
Last year, the likes of Giggs, Scholes, Crespo and Ronaldinho dazzled us all, as footballing legends of the past entertained Indian crowds with their futsal skills.
With everyone expecting even more from this season, we have learnt that Telugu Tigers have recruited Barcelona legend, Deco for the upcoming season.

In his prime, Deco was one of the best midfielders in the world. He is one of the very few players to have won the Champions League with two different clubs.
He was the star man for Porto’s Champions league success, and was also a crucial part of Barcelona’s Champions league winning team in 2006.
A mid field creator like very few, Deco was superb for Portugal, as he was instrumental in Portugal’s superb performances in both Euro 2004 and the 2006 World Cup.
This is what he had to say after signing for the Telugu Tigers,
“I am really excited to have got an opportunity to travel to India and play in Premier Futsal. Unfortunately, I could not play last year in the inaugural edition of Premier Futsal due to injury but this year I am excited and looking forward for the experience.”
“I have heard many things about that the magnificent country but this is the first time I will be visiting it,” Deco commented after the official announcement.”
Dinesh Raj, co-founder and Managing Director of the league was also very happy with this announcement,
