Here is the list for completed transfer of each Premier League club.

The summer window of the 2019/20 Premier League window has not seen massive changes to some of the top sides, but there are some alterations, nonetheless.

Gaining promotion to the Premier League after two years is Aston Villa. The Villans have spent the most in this window in the hopes of staying put in the Premier League. Second is the reigning Champions Manchester City, who are in the quest of defending their trophy once again.
