Real Madrid Transfer News: Zidane will complete the transfer of Tottenham Superstar after CL Final

Real Madrid Transfer News: Zinedine Zidane will reportedly complete the transfer for Tottenham Hotspur superstar after the Champions League final.

Real Madrid are planning for a massive overhaul in the summer transfer window. Zinedine Zidane’s side slumped to 2-0 defeat to Real Betis in the weekend, which will make the club even more desperate to land their top targets.

There has been always been talks about the midfield duo – Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, who have underperformed this season. It is unclear if that is down to that fact about their age or poor form under three different managers. The Los Blancos boss has been vocal about the necessity to improve that particular department in the next season.

The likes of Dani Ceballos, and Mateo Kovacic are anticipated to head into the exit board. This will help them recoup good amount and bring in a good midfielder. Paul Pogba and Christian Eriksen has been thrown in the mix, but the reigning European champions looks to be claiming the Danish International.

Spurs attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen will be heading to Santiago Bernabeu in the summer transfer window, according to El Chringuito TV. The 27-year-old has refused to extend his contract with the London outfit which expires in 2020. This will put the club in pressure as he has already turned down multiple contract extensions till date.

The transfer move could happen after the Champions League final, as per the reports. The Danish International will feature for Spurs against Liverpool in the huge setup which is potentially huge for Spurs to keep their core.

The former Ajax star was signed for £11.5million in August 2013, and has gone on to establish himself as one of the best midfielders on the planet, scoring 49 league goals in 206 appearances for Spurs.

Eriksen was named in the 2017-18 PFA Team of the Year following an impressive campaign, and he will be looking to draw the curtains on his Tottenham career on a superb note by leading his side to Champions League glory against the Reds.
