Romelu Lukaku falls down on his first touch: The Manchester United striker is going through a rough patch.

Manchester United stay at 7th in the Premier League after the side drew 2-2 against Southampton earlier today. The disappointing run for Manchester United continues as the side is now winless in their last three league games.

Romelu Lukaku opened the goalscoring, netting his first goal in 14 games for the club. Marcus Rashford was impressive on the night as he assisted both the goals, but was substituted in the second half.

Even when Lukaku scored the goal, he struggled for the most part of the match. One of the instances of his struggles came late in the second half when Manchester United were making desperate attempts for a winner.

Romelu Lukaku took the touch, but it was misplaced and the striker fell down and injured himself.

The incident happened in the second half. Lukaku, in a desperate bid to kickstart a counter-attack, took a hurried first touch. However, he stepped over the ball and tripped, resulting in a brief halt of the match as the striker was treated.

Lukaku has been going through a rather rough patch. The striker last scored a goal at Old Trafford in March, and the striker has so far scored only five goals across all competitions this season.
