RR vs RCB Dream 11 Prediction: Dream 11 Fantasy Tips for RR vs RCB as The SportsRush helps you make the best possible Dream 11 team.
Sam Curran put the finishing touch to one of the greatest IPL comebacks of all time last night, when the lower middle order of DC imploded and handed the victory on a plate to KXIP.
DC will need to get back to the drawing board, as such a loss would be unacceptable to that Delhi Capitals think tank. The players need to take more responsibility and ensure that they finish off games, else, DC could see another campaign falling off very quickly.
We are off to Jaipur for a ‘Royal’ clash on Tuesday, as Rajasthan Royals welcome the wounded Royal Challengers Bangalore in a game that could push one team into oblivion.
Both teams have lost their first 3 games and another loss could make things really tricky with respect to a playoff spot, especially for RCB, who have suffered massively with respect to their net run-rate. They would then be forced to win 8 out of their remaining 10 games, something that isn’t very feasible so early on in the tournament.

RR have problems of their own, as their bowling unit doesn’t quite seem very threatening, especially their spin bowling department. Their lower middle order too needs to fire big time, if RR want to have any hope of making the playoffs this season.
Let’s get to business now.
RR vs RCB Dream 11 Prediction
Wicketkeeper
For the wicketkeeping slot, it is going to be a straight shootout between Jos Buttler and Parthiv Patel. Strictly going by skill and the kind of impact that could be created, I would be going with Jos Buttler.
Buttler has been out of form in the last two games, but on a flat Jaipur wicket, he could fire big time, just like he did when the Kings XI Punjab were in town. Get him in over Parthiv.
Bowlers
Jofra Archer and Mohammad Siraj would be my first two bowling picks for this game, largely because of the overs in which they operate in. Both these bowlers are the designated death bowlers for their respective teams and hence could chip in with a few cheap wickets, even if they aren’t bowling at their best.
With Virat Kohli and ABD slated to be drafted into my team, I would have to save some money with my bowling unit, as anyway, the Dream 11 points system is not too fair to the bowlers.
For the final two bowling picks, I would be going in with two leg-spinners. Prayas Burman impressed in the last game against SRH and was probably the only shining light in a shambolic performance from the Bangalore franchise. Coming in for just 7.5 cr, Burman helps me manage my team better and could very well chip in with a couple of wickets.
Shreyas Gopal would be my final bowling pick for this game, one because he helps me with my budget constraints and two because he got rid off both Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers the last time he faced them both in Jaipur.
All-Rounders
Ben Stokes is the only all-rounder worth picking from this game at the moment, especially after RCB made the move of shifting Moeen Ali down the order once again.
If they somehow decide to open with Moeen Ali, you could bring him in at the expense of Siraj, else just go in with one all-rounder for today’s game and that would be Ben Stokes.
Stokes discovered some batting form in the last game and has also been entrusted with the death bowling role. He bowls at least two overs at the death, giving him ample opportunity to run away with two cheap scalps.
Batsmen
When Virat Kohli and ABD feature in a game, no matter what the pitch, no matter who the opposition, no matter what their form guide; you get them in.
The duo haven’t been their regular self this season yet and will do everything possible to help RCB get back to winning ways. The tigers are wounded and would be raring to make things right in Jaipur on Tuesday night.
Ajinkya Rahane has seemed in brilliant touch this season and has looked very self-assured too. RCB don’t have a bowling lineup that can exploit any of Rahane’s weaknesses and hence you can bank on him giving you a steady 30+ score. I get him in over Samson, because Samson has been heavily inconsistent.
For the final pick of this game, I go in with Rahul Tripathi who played at number 4 for RR in the last game. With 8.5 cr in the kitty, I can either go in for Shimron Hetmyer or Moeen Ali; depends on who opens the batting for RCB on Tuesday.
Captain: Virat Kohli(if RCB bat second)/AB de Villiers(if RCB bat first)
Vice-Captain: Virat Kohli(if RCB bat first)/ABD(if RCB bat second)
Happy team picking.
