SRH vs DC Head-to-Head

SRH vs DC Head-to-Head: The Sportsrush presents before you the Head-to-Head statistics for 30th match of IPL 2019.

The 30th match of the ongoing 12th season of the Indian Premier League will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals at Hyderabad. The recent slump in Sunrisers’ form has emerged as a drastic worry for the hosts.

With regular captain Kane Williamson set to make a comeback tomorrow, his inclusion will involve at least one bold change to the overall lineup. Whether SRH will be able to register victory with a potentially unsettled squad or end up losing their third consecutive match, only time will tell.

Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals had earlier faced each other in the 16th match of IPL 2019. After Sunrisers stand-in captain Bhuvneshwar Kumar won the toss and put in the hosts to bat at Feroz Shah Kotla, DC were restricted to 129/8 in their allotted quota of 20 overs.

Despite a middle-order collapse, Sunrisers had ended up on the winning side on the back of wicket-keeper batsman Jonny Bairstow scoring 48 (28) with the help of nine fours and a six.

Out of the two matches which both the teams played against each other in IPL 2018, Hyderabad ended up chasing 164 and 188 on both the occasions respectively. While it was a combined effort from their Top Five in the first match at Hyderabad, it was an unbeaten 176-run stand for the second wicket between Shikhar Dhawan (92*) and Kane Williamson (83*) which saw them seal the chase.

What is most likely to be a positive for Capitals is the fact that wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant had scored a career-best 128* (63) with the help of 15 fours and seven sixes against SRH in their last meeting.
