Tammy Abraham hurts himself between the legs in a Phil Babb moment during Chelsea vs Tottenham at the Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Frank Lampard completed a double against his former manager Jose Mourinho in the Premier League after beating him 2-1 on Saturday. Tottenham tried to claw their way back into the match but the visitors left it too late and, in the end, it was the Blues who came out victorious.
After taking a 2-0 lead in the match, Lampard introduced Tammy Abraham in the 71st minute in a bid to give the player some game time as he looked to achieve match fitness. However, the move could have very well gone wrong as the young striker almost hurt himself once again.

Just 8 minutes after being swapped in, Abraham almost got his name on the scoresheet. Mason Mount did very well to pick the ball up down the right before curling the ball into the box. Abraham was beaten by Hugo Lloris, who got down superbly well to keep the ball out.

Unfortunately, Abraham lost his balance and crashed with the goalpost with the part between his legs being the point of impact in a moment reminiscent of Phil Babb’s (in)famous nutcracker during Liverpool vs Chelsea all the way back in 1998.

Chelsea conceded an own goal in the 89th minute through Antonio Rudiger to give Spurs a glimmer of hope. However, the Blues tightened their game following the error and held on to their lead to win their second game against Tottenham having beaten them earlier in the season at their home ground.
