1) Rio Olympics 2016 – Silver Medal

In what was the greatest moment in the history of Indian badminton, PV Sindhu heart breakingly lost the  Olympics final to Carolina Marin.

Sindhu was playing the best badminton of her life en route to the finals and had a billion people on her side as she romped her way into the final. (The five greatest wins in PV Sindhu’s career)

But Marin proved to be too good for her as Sindhu had to settle for second place.
