Twitter reactions on PSG vs Man Utd: Manchester United defeated PSG 3-1 as a Rashford penalty in injury time sealed a quarterfinal spot.
Manchester United put up a brilliant fight against Paris Saint Germain in the second leg of the round-of-16 clash in the Champions League.
Romelu Lukaku gave the side a shock lead in the second minute of the game. PSG made a strong comeback in the game, though, as Kylian Mbappe provided an assist to Bernat for PSG’s opener.
However, the Belgian striker took advantage of a howler from Giangluigi Buffon as he failed to collect the shot from Marcus Rashford properly.
While PSG remained the dominant side in the second half, drama unfolded in injury time when VAR awarded a penalty to Manchester United due to a handball.
Marcus Rashford kept his calm as he converted the penalty to see United through to the next round.

The job has to be Solskjaers now. Mans getting 9 out of 10 performances out of 6 out of 10 players, just like Sir Alex Ferguson did.

No team in history had progressed to the next round of the Champions League after losing the first leg at home by two goals or more.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s Manchester United have pulled off a miracle in Paris.

Blimey…
20yrs ago, I was behind the Bayern goal at the Nou Camp when Ole Gunnar Solskjær scored THAT goal. (I was the only one not cheering..)
If anything, tonight was an even more extraordinary comeback.
Manchester United’s new full-time manager, surely? pic.twitter.com/H5Jn0luTi6— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) March 6, 2019
Solskjær received a clinic from PSG then delivered a clinic in return. This is the fastest turnaround since Batman fought Bane.

The way Solskjaer managed that game was incredible. Took Bailly off in the first half. Moved to 5 at the back in the second half to see off PSG pressure and ensure 10 mins at the end to find a winner. Ends up making CL history with an Academy kid making his debut. Remarkable

No Pogba. No Martial. No Lingard. No Matić. No Herrera. No Valencia. No Mata. No Darmian. No Sánchez.
Ending the game with 3 teenagers on the pitch
Unbelievable from Solskjaer to maximise the very little resources he had to overturn a 2 goal deficit & KO one of Europe’s finest. pic.twitter.com/d0f3zOXIql
