RCB have finally won a game and the Chinnaswamy has erupted in celebrations, as they managed to do it without their talisman AB de Villiers, who was ruled out of this game as well due to viral fever.

RCB were put into bat, on what looked like a sluggish surface that had a lot in it for the spinners.
None of the RCB batsmen, except maybe Manan Vohra got going, but as a unit they were able to put up a fighting total of 167, thanks to that 24 run last over from Mitch McClenghan.
The bowlers then had to step up, as a loss today could have almost ended the playoff hopes for RCB.
And boy did the bowlers deliver!
The new ball attack of RCB got in those early breakthroughs and then Chahal absolutely bamboozled the MI batsmen during the middle overs.
In the end, despite a Pandya brothers partnership, MI found the total to be a a little too much for them.
This is how twitter reacted:

Mumbai were always back-to-the-wall after losing 4 wickets for 47, specially Rohit for first ball duck. But credit to @RCBTweets for stout-hearted defence. All frontline bowlers excellent and fielding superb #ReinventYourGame #RCBvMI
