What a knock from Hardik Pandya!

In what will be remembered as one of the best knocks by an Indian in recent times, Pandya scored a brilliant 93 against a terrific South African bowling attack.
With his side tottering at 92-7, Hardik Pandya decided to launch a counter attack of his own, as the hard hitting all-rounder went after the South African bowling attack.
After watching the likes of Pujara, Rohit, Ashwin and Saha fall in quick succession, Hardik decided he might as well play his shots while he was there.
With the way the South African pacers have been bowling today, it is only a matter of time before they wrap up the rest of the Indian batsman.
Not one to die wandering, Hardik decided to play his shot as he quickly got the scoreboard moving for the Indian team.
Hardik was given great support by Bhuvneshwar Kumar, as the pair put on 99 invaluable runs for India. But after Bhuvi’s dismissal, Pandya knew that he had to swing at everything, before he eventually got out to Morne Morkel.

Hardik Pandya out for 93 but it was better innings than most of the test centuries. He was taking blow at body also playing with tail enders and helped India to reduce the lead margin…

That's what you get Rabada – a peck on the forehead from Faf – for getting Hardik Pandya out on 93.
Clear edge and he falls seven short of what would've been a well-deserved ton.
Applause all around for Pandya as he walks back.#SAvIND

THE CORNERED TIGER: At 92-7, with his back against the wall & Rabada, Steyn, Morkel, Philander breathing fire on a seaming Cape Town Wicket, Hardik Pandya was a cornered tiger. This run a ball 93, battling fire with fire, will be remembered for a long, long time. Special player
