Conor McGregor resumes rivalry with Khabib Nurmagomdov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz. The two engaged in an intense back-and-forth on Twitter.

With less than a month remaining for the much-anticipated fight with Dustin Poirier, the fans and followers of Conor McGregor might be waiting for the showman to channelize his notorious avatar. And on Saturday, McGregor showcased shades of what he is famous for, on Twitter.

Though, it turns out instead of the diamond he took shots at his old adversary Khabib Nurmagomedov and his manager Ali Abdelaziz.

His rivalry with Nurmagomedov and Aziz dates back to 2018, which led to some nasty pre-match segments and a huge commotion at UFC 229.

While the in-ring matter did get a bottom line that day, but the animosity that the parties have for each other is apparently insurmountable and endless, glimpses of which were displayed on Saturday.

Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov’s Manager Engages in a Twitter Back-and-forth

The back-and-forth on the micro-blogging website started after Ali hashtagged Khabib in a tweet that implies “Decision time.” The post seemingly garnered the attention of McGregor who came up with his own and wrote “MeDanaAliGonnaGetcha.”

Following this, Ali Abdelaziz decided to throw an emoji oriented reply. The conversation then intensified and in the midst, Conor McGregor seemingly revealed the alias identity of Ali, which he allegedly used in the past.

Conor McGregor has since deleted his Tweets, but the screenshots are spread everywhere.

Ali then brought up what exactly happened when he met Khabib last time. He then named some of the established fighters of the 155 and 170-pound division, who are his clientele. By mentioning he tried to indicate that with these fighters holding their ground, “you will never be a champion again.”

Further, he launched an onslaught on McGregor with a series of demeaning posts.

Khamzat Chimaev Comes in Support Of Ali Abdelaziz.

Seeing all the Twitter drama, UFC’s most promising new prospect, who also fights under the management of Ali Abdelaziz, Khamzat Chimaev entered the scene and chipped in his support to Ali, with a post targetting Conor McGregor.

He wrote: “Don’t worry big brother I’m going to smash this chicken for you.”
