Virat Kohli has revolutionised Indian cricket in the last few years, putting so much emphasis on fitness so as to transform this Indian team into one of the best fielding outfits in the world.

Kohli realised very early in his playing days that he needed to inculcate a fitness regime in his everyday schedule in order to become the greatest batsman of his generation. And in order to help his team rise to the summit of the World rankings, he has tried to foster that environment in the Indian team as well.

And gradually Kohli wants the entire nation to adopt a healthy lifestyle as India as a country doesn’t indulge in a lot of physical activity outside of work.

In a research that Kohli had undertaken along with Puma, he found out that 1 out of 3 people haven’t had any sort of physical activity in the last 1 year.

The statistics of the research were shocking and now Kohli along with Puma wants to ensure that India becomes a fit nation.

Kohli came out with a tweet about it today just after India finished the day’s play in the historic test match against Afghanistan at Bangalore.

“Look to your left. Look to your right. 1 out of 3 people have been physically inactive for the last one year. Time to #Comeoutandplay?” tweeted Kohli

Let’s pay some attention to our health and take time out of busy lives to treat our body the way it was meant to be.

Kohli is presently recuperating from a neck injury that he had suffered during the IPL, and thus had to get out of his county commitments as well.

Kohli will now join the Indian team before they head off to Ireland for the T20 series.
