Aakash Chopra is a well-known man in Indian cricket circuit. His numbers at the International level may not reflect it very well but he had a solid defensive technique that served India well during the tours of Australia and Pakistan in 2003-04.

The former Delhi opener has since moved to commentary where he has achieved much more success and is touted as one of the more knowledgeable pundits these days. Some trolls however, question his ability to impart knowledge on the game considering his rather below average stats.
However, Chopra has on more than one occasion showed that he has a brain worth picking even by the mega stars of the game who would do well to pay attention to him sometimes.
Aakash Chopra is currently one of the commentators, commentating on the Series between India and South Africa. The matches are being aired by Star Sports who shared a rather humorous video of Chopra playing cricket gully cricket style with the rest of the team during the ongoing series.
One of the names involved in the fun session between the commentators was VVS Laxman who bought Chopra’s short stay at the crease to an end with an incredible one bounce catch.

In the video shared by Star Sports, Chopra is seen batting and attempting to defend the ball. He plays the ball with very light hands. However, Laxman dives in front to grab a brilliant one-handed stunner as Aakash regrets playing the ball in his direction. The video has since gone viral on the internet.
