Watch: Indian pacer Kartik Tyagi dismisses Australian batsman Oliver Davies just after being sledged as India dominates Aussies.

It is well known that Australian find slightest of opportunities to sledge their opposition in order to capitalize over them mentally. Even in the youth ranks of the Australian cricket team, the tradition is well prevalent.

In the match between India and Australia in the quarter-final round of the U19 World Cup, Australia’s Oliver Davies tried to sledge, Kartik Tyagi who has been praised for his sensational bowling in this edition of the U19 World Cup.

On the second ball of Tyagi’s second over, batsman Oliver Davies let the ball go behind the stumps to the wicketkeeper. He was then seen raising his bat towards Kartik Tyagi and saying something.

In response, Tyagi gave a glaring look to Davies, which in itself looked vicious, but nobody knew that it will turn out to be lethal for the Australian batsman, as Tyagi bowled a fine ball, which Davies ended up edging into the hands of Yashaswi Jaiswal who was in the slip.

The revenge was well taken by Tyagi, who responded to the sledging by Davies in the perfect manner. Moreover, the new Rajasthan Royals players started his spell by taking two wickets in his first over and Davies was his third victim.

Now, the quick falling of wickets has brought the Kangaroos to its knees, as India slowly marches to defend its title in the semi-final round.
