Khaleel Ahmed's send-off to Chris Lynn

Khaleel Ahmed’s send-off to Chris Lynn: India’s left-arm pacer was seen in an aggressive mode after dismissing Lynn.

During the second T20I of the ongoing India’s tour of Australia at Melbourne, Indian fast bowler Khaleel Ahmed was seen giving Australian batsman Chris Lynn a send-off after he dismissed him in the fourth over.

It all happened after Lynn’s attempt to hit the ball over the in-field saw him mis-timing it to the sweeper cover fielder in Krunal Pandya. While Pandya managed to take the catch, it had made matters even for the 20-year old bowler who was tonked to all parts of the ground by Lynn in the last ODI at Brisbane.

During the first T20I, Lynn had hit Ahmed for three sixes in his eighth over, an over which majorly contributed to his expensive bowling figures of 3-0-42-1.

Post dismissing Lynn today, Ahmed signaled the number of his jersey towards the batsman who was walking back to the pavilion. It was followed by Ahmed celebrating with his teammates. Watch the full video below:

Earlier, India captain Virat Kohli had won the toss and chose to field. Surprising many people back home, the Indian team didn’t make any change to their playing eleven. On the other hand, an injury caused during warm-up to Billy Stanlake forced the hosts to bring in Nathan Coulter-Nile.

Losing wickets from the first ball itself in the form of captain Aaron Finch, Australia kept on losing them at regular intervals to the extent that they are highly likely of posting a below par total.
