WATCH: McLaren release sneak peek into 2019 car styling
The McLaren MCL44 release is scheduled for the 14th of February, with McLaren romantics hoping the car looks slick and ready to go for a gruelling 2019 season.
McLaren have been off pace for sometime now, a major reason in Fernando Alonso giving up on the sport(at least for the time being).
The switch from Honda to Renault was supposed to be one that would bring back the glory days for McLaren, but nothing of that sort transpired, as McLaren once again struggled with reliability and pace issues.
But Zak Brown is sure that McLaren will bounce back in 2019(as he has been at the start of all of the last few seasons) as they are going to dish out a very ‘different car’.
“It will be a very different car compared to 2018,” Brown said as quoted by Autosprint.
“We need good feedback from our drivers, because as the team progresses we need both cars in the points. They know it and it’s the team’s goal.
“Winter development went according to plan, although you don’t know what the competition has done, and competition is tough.” he added.
Now, McLaren have revealed a slight teaser of the styling on that 2019 car, one that is aesthetically brilliant.
“As we countdown to the MCL34 launch, take a sneak peek at some of the styling that you’ll see on our 2019 contender” McLaren tweeted

Do you think the MCL34 will be able to compete with the current F1 elite?
