WATCH : Mo Salah scores his 31st goal of the season
How good is he?
After a big money move to Liverpool in the summer, Salah has lit up the Premier League, as his world class movement and finishing have been a potent weapon in Liverpool’s arsenal.
Salah’s influence has been stunning to say the least, as no Liverpool fan have imagined his level of success. He became the fastest Liverpool player to score 20 Premier League goals, as the Egyptian wrote his name in Liverpool folklore.
He has not stopped there though, as Salah has now scored his 31st goal this season, and tied Luis Suarez’s best goal scoring season for Liverpool. The Egyptian wizard was superb again today against West Ham, as Salah scored another pretty goal to light up Anfield.
Alex Oxlade Chamberlain made a strong run as he forced his way through a couple of defenders before poking a ball to Salah. The Egyptian took the ball in his stride, maneuvered his way through two defenders before firing the ball into the bottom corner for his 31st goal of the season.
Salah’s impact has been sensational this year, as the left-footer has taken the league by storm. After Coutinho’s departure last month, Salah has taken over as the talisman of the side, and has become the new hero for the Kop.
Salah also set up Emre Can’s first goal, showing that his influence extends beyond just the goals that he scores. This win took Liverpool to second on the table, and with both United and Chelsea playing each, they can be sure that someone will be dropping points.
