Romelu Lukaku has received a torrent of criticism over the past few weeks as his performances for Manchester United have not inspired much confidence among the Old Trafford faithful.
While his less than average performance against Arsenal was bad enough, Lukaku’s horror show in the pulsating Manchester derby was taken apart by fans and critics alike.
The Big Belgian started off the season in spectacular fashion, but his productivity has since then tapered off as opposing teams have figured out a way to restrict Lukaku.
But the striker has responded in style as he scored a header against Bournemouth and now again against his former club West Brom.

Lukaku did not celebrate the goal out of respect for his former club, but then again he does not believe in celebrating his goals as he feels it is his duty to do so.
