Steph Curry was firing on all cylinders against the Anthony Davis led New Orleans Pelicans last night.

Curry managed to rack up 41 points in an impressive comeback win for the Warriors, with the Chef going off in the 3rd quarter, scoring 23 points.
His most impressive spell came late in the 3rd quarter when he knocked down 4 threes to get the Warriors close up to where the Pelicans were.
But it was the last of his 3 pointers in the 3rd quarter that caught the attention of the NBA world, one because of how deep Curry was when he took the shot and two because of his Michael Jordan like shrug.
Jordan had ‘invented’ that shrug during a playoff game against the Trailblazers and Curry decided to dish that out for the crowd after a remarkable display late in the 3rd quarter.

Curry was blowing hot and cold before the last 5 minutes of the third quarter, having already picked up 3 fouls.
But with the Warriors down by 16, Curry decided that it was time for one of those ‘Curry special’ nights at the Oracle, something that the crowd deserved before that long 5 game road trip that the Warriors would get on.
The Warriors have set the ground rolling in the last few games, with Curry hitting top form at just the right time for the team.
With half the season gone by, Warriors will now have to play some good basketball to ensure that they enter the playoffs as the number 1 seed from the Western Conference.
And along with Curry’s form, the return of DeMarcus Cousins to the NBA will also aid the Warriors.
Cousins, who has been suffering from an achilles injury has been cleared to start in the Friday night game against the Clippers, as he has completed his full recovery from the injury.
This will be Cousins’ first game for the Warriors and this could be the first time that all 5 All Stars start for the Golden State Warriors.
Steve Kerr and the Warriors will be hoping that Cousins settles into the Warriors system as envisaged by the coaching staff and can help provide another dimension to their play, defensively and offensively.
The other title contenders would be desperate to see how the Warriors function with all 5 All Stars playing together. If they do start gelling from the word go, the other teams can kiss goodbye to the 2018-19 NBA title.
