KKR vs CSK Match Prediction

KKR vs CSK Match Prediction: The Sportsrush presents before you the Match Prediction of 29th match of IPL 2019.

The 29th match of the ongoing 12th season of the Indian Premier League will be played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings at Kolkata tomorrow. While KKR have won only one out of three home matches, CSK have won two out of three away matches this season.

Having won six out of seven matches, another victory for Super Kings should all but confirm their position in the Qualifiers. Having won four out of seven matches, another defeat for Knight Riders will see them drop down in the points table after a prolific start to their tournament.

KKR vs CSK – What numbers suggest?

Out of the 22 matches played between Knight Riders and Super Kings in the IPL, Knight Riders have won just eight as compared to Super Kings’ 13 wins. In the eight matches played at Eden Gardens between KKR and CSK, both the teams have won four each.

As far the average score of both teams against each other in concerned, CSK once again better KKR as their average score of 153 against KKR is greater than KKR’s average score of 150 against CSK.

KKR vs CSK – Paper value

With an injury cloud over all-rounder Andre Russell, Kolkata might find themselves in the wrong end of things against Chennai. There is no going into a safe house regarding the fact that Russell has played a predominant role in victories for KKR this season.

On the other hand, someone or the other stepping up for Super Kings in their victories has been the primary reason behind them sitting comfortably at No. 1 at the moment. Citing the prowess of captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the tournament, the 37-year old cricketer looks set to seal yet another knockout spot tomorrow.
