SL vs WI Dream11 Prediction : Sri Lanka Vs West Indies Best Dream 11 Team for First ODI Match

WI Vs IRE Dream11 Team Probable Playing 11, Toss, Pitch And Match Report: West Indies look to wrap up the series today after rattling a dreary Ireland side in the series opener.

The ongoing three match ODI series between West Indies and Ireland held massive ramifications for both these sides. Where West Indies came into it having being clobbered by India, for Ireland, this was a much yearned for chance to ply their skill set against one of the main cricketing playing countries.

And it was West Indies who were up to the job of making the most of the opportunity at their hands in the first clash of the series. The side were comprehensive right from the start, battering Ireland by 5 wickets as they outshone them in all departments of the game to canter their way to a clinical win.

Restricting Ireland to just 180 on batting conducive conditions, West Indies ended up galloping their way to the meagre target at hand with consummate ease. They won with over 16 overs to spare, a performance which exposed the massive gulf between these two outfits, a performance the hosts will be looking to emulate and with it take an unassailable lead in the series.

Probable Winner

The series opener showed why Ireland have failed to make a real standing ever since making an advent into the cricketing arena The side are way too inconsistent, a team you never know what to expect from.

Come today’s tie, we envision their inability to stitch together meaningful partnerships being their plight once again to hand over the home side a series winning win.

Pitch Conditions And Toss

Rain is set to make a foray in the early stages of the encounter but we should lose any overs today owing to it. However, the narrative will result in the side winning the toss opting to come out and chase today and make the most of the damp pitch in the early exchanges on what will overall be a pristine batting surface.

WI Vs IRE Dream11 Wicket-Keeper

Shai Hope failed to get going in their previous outing but we are going to retain him for this clash. He was in titillating form against India, who hardly faltered twice n a row and is set to compensate for his previous laggard displays.

WI Vs IRE Dream11 Batsmen

He was extremely unfortunate to miss out on his 100 in the last encounter, falling short by just the sole run as he remained unbeaten on 99. It was a match winning display from the bat of Evin Lewis, one which saw him not only hold fort for his side at a precarious period but keep crunching his way to the fence to keep piling the pressure on the opposition.

There was a toss up between Hetmyer and Pooran for this slot and while both have been in great form in their last few outings, we will go ahead with Hetmyer, as he bats up the order. With Ireland’s batting being more of a hit and miss, Pooran coming in at 6 might not have much to do. Hence, Hetmyer gets the nod.

From Ireland meanwhile we are getting in both Paul Stirling and Andrew Balbirnie for the encounter. Both came up with small knocks the last time around but showed enough to once again justify their stature as stalwarts of this Ireland batting unit.

WI Vs IRE Dream11 All-Rounders

He came up with 19 runs and the one wicket the last time around, an all round display from Roston Chase to see us make him our first player in this facet of our Dream 11 slot. Elsewhere, Ireland will be represented by Simi Singh after he snared the two wickets for his side to imbue some kind of life into what was otherwise turning out be a sorry defeat for them.

WI Vs IRE Dream11 Bowling Order

With the two wickets apiece, both Sheldon Cottrell and Hayden Walsh are picked up by us from West Indies for this encounter. Alzarri Joseph joins them as well from the unit with the pacer snagging four wickets and on a track which will assist him with rain in the air, we envision him emanating the same imperious display.

Elsewhere, with the 10 runs and 1 wicket to his name, Boyd Rankin from Ireland completes our Dream 11 side for this one.

Captain And Vice-Captain

Hope will continue to be our captain while Lewis is our vice-captain.
