WWE Money in the Bank 2019: 3 unexpected surprises and swerves that could happen at Money in the Bank this Sunday.

The Money in the Bank is an annual pay per View in the WWE. It’s selling point is the Money in the Bank Ladder Matches. The winner gets a contract for a World Title Match at a time and place of their choosing. If the contract is not used within that year, it is voided, but this has yet to happen.

The Pay-per-view concept is popular for its unpredictability. There is a chance that the upcoming Money in the Bank could be filled with surprises and swerves. The Legit Boss Returns

Sasha Banks has not been seen on WWE television since Wrestlemania. It has been reported that she’s unhappy with the way her character has been managed and wants to leave the company. Sasha hasn’t addressed her absence yet but she recently responded to fan on twitter who accused her of being selfish for wanting to leave WWE because she didn’t want to lose. The Former Raw Women’s champion replied saying “Who said that?”

This could probably infer that she has no intentions to leave and may make a return soon. Either that or maybe we’re reading into this a little too much. But if she does return then what better time than to return at Money in the Bank. Who knows maybe she’ll end up helping Bayley win the WWE Money in the Bank 2019 ladder match?

Becky “Still Two Belts” Lynch!

Becky Lynch famously won both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s championships in the main-event of Wrestlemania. She prised the belts off Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat match. Since then, The Man has had to appear on both shows. She now finds herself defending her title against a competitor from each brand. She will face Lacey Evans for the Raw Women’s Championship and Charlotte Flair (it’s like Groundhog Day with this two) for the SmackDown women’s Championship.

Many believe that Becky may lose one or even both the titles this Sunday, but what if she doesn’t? There are rumors that Lynch could be the cover superstar of 2K20. There is a very good chance that those rumors are true. If there’s any weight to those rumors, The WWE would surely want her to carry both those belts at least until the announcements are made, right?  The only issue with this is that it’s extremely hard to believe that WWE will let Charlotte lose once again

Dominic Turns on Rey Mysterio

Rey Mysterio took on Samoa Joe at Wrestemania for the United States Championship. He lost the match but after beating him in a non-title match on Raw, the two are set to face each other again. Their feud has been very ordinarily booked. As much as the two wrestlers tried, it didn’t feel like there was any beef between them. That was until Rey’s son somehow got involved.

Joe sent a challenge to Rey through his son and the masked veteran did not appreciate it. On the next episode of Raw we had Cesaro saying that Dominic looked more like Joe’s son than his. As much as I love Eddie Guerrero, this was a stupid angle back then and it’s still as thrash now. Anyway, this focus on Dominic has led many to believe that he could play a vital role in the outcome of the match. Who knows, maybe he’ll turn on his father? At this point this seems a little farfetched though. But like I’ve said so many times before, there is nothing that I would put past WWE, anything and everything is possible as long as Vince ‘The Mad Scientist’ McMahon is in charge.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
