WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso only recently returned to the promotion after being away for months due to an injury. According to the report Jimmy Uso was observed running a red light and going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone by police officers, who then proceeded to arrest him and administer field sobriety tests after smelling alcohol on him. His BAC breath tests came back at .202 and .205, well above the legal limit of .08 in the state of Florida.

This is Jimmy’s second DUI charge in the last two years as he was also booked for similar charges in July 2019, also in Pensacola. He was also arrested earlier in 2019 after allegedly getting into a drunken dispute with police in Detroit.

As expected, WWE officials are reportedly not happy with Jimmy. According to  @Wrestlevotes that at least a few “high level people in power are extremely disappointed and legitimately p*ssed off” at Uso for this latest arrest.

“I’ve spoken to two sources this morning on the Jimmy Uso news. I can say with certainty that a few ‘high level people in power”-‘ are extremely disappointed & legitimately pissed off over the arrest. This many times isn’t a mistake or bad luck. It’s personal judgment. Not good.”

Jimmy is currently part of an ongoing storyline also involving the Universal Champion Roman Reigns. It remains to be seen how this affects his position in the company and that particular story.
