The WWE is home to some of the most well known athletes in the world. From powerhouses like Brock Lesnar to technicians like Daniel Bryan, the WWE features the best in the business. It is through them that the WWE have maintained their position as the number one wrestling promotion in the world today.

The stars are compensated handsomely for their work on and beyond the ring. They also earn bonuses for main event appearances and merchandise sales. Let us now take a look at the highest earning superstars in the WWE this year.

Despite Brock Lesnar’s contract expiring with the WWE this year, the Beast Incarnate still tops the list with an astonishing $12million-a-year as a base according to a report from The Mirror. He also made a further $500,000 for every main-event appearance.
Next in the list is 16-time World Champion John Cena with $8.5 Million. Like Lesnar however, Cena is on a hiatus with the company owing to his career in Hollywood. Roman Reigns is third on the list and the highest earning full timer with a salary of $5 Million.
Randy Orton is close by with earnings of $4.5million. Next up is AJ Styles who picks up a sweet $3.6million. The Undertaker and The Miz are 7th and 8th with $2.5million each. Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler round up the top 10 with $2million and $1.5million respectively.
Ronda Rousey is yet to appear in the WWE since featuring in the main event of last year’s Wrestlemania. That however, hasn’t stopped her from being the highest paid women in the WWE with $1.5million. She is closely followed by the winner of the main event of the aforementioned Mania main event Becky Lynch with $1million.
Charlotte Flair, Nikki Bella and Alexa Bliss close out the top 5 with $550,000 for the Flair scion and $350,000 each for the other two.
