Chahal involved in hilarious banter with Ritika Sajdeh: The Indian leg-spinner received a funny reply from Rohit Sharma’s wife.

India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was recently involved in a hilarious banter with limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh on social media platform Instagram.

It all happened after Sajdeh posted a photo with Sharma and their daughter on the same platform. Sharma had himself revealed that he will be joined by his wife and daughter ahead of the third T20I of the ongoing South Africa’s tour of India in Bengaluru.

Sharma had opened up about the same in a video with fellow opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan. While boarding the flight to Bengaluru from Mohali, Dhawan had recorded a video of Sharma and Jadeja buying toys for their respective daughters.

Coming back to the banter, Chahal first commented on Sajdeh’s photo. “Why u cropped me bhabhi,” read the 29-year old cricketer’s comment.

Not shying away from posting a witty reply, Sajdeh wrote, “Your coolness was taking over the picture”.

While Sharma is currently part of the South Africa series, he is also set to begin a new phase in his Test career. The upcoming three-match Test series will see the 32-year old batsman open the batting in cricket’s ancestral format.

On the other hand, Chahal has been left out from the T20I squad to try out rookie spinners. Only part of the ODI squad, Chahal is likely to play against West Indies in December.
