Man Utd News: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reacts to Paul Pogba’s picture with Zinedine Zidane amidst rumors of Real Madrid’s interest in the midfielder.

Paul Pogba stirred the hornet’s nest early in the summer when he claimed to be interested in a new challenge; Possibly alluding to a life in Madrid. However, Manchester United stuck to their guns and prevented Real Madrid from purchasing the midfielder.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was adamant that Pogba’s future was at Manchester United. The club got behind Solskjaer and did everything to hold on to the World Cup winner.

However, images of Paul Pogba with Zinedine in Dubai have once again opened the chapter that was once thought to be closed.

Paul Pogba, who is recovering from a foot injury, spent his time in Dubai during the international break. Pogba was pictured meeting Madrid head coach Zidane on a beach while away but Solskjaer is not concerned by the images.

“Here we go with the picture! I’ve not heard Paul Pogba say he doesn’t want to be here. Paul wants to stay here and play well,” he said.

“Paul is part of our plan going forward and Paul knows that. I’ve spoken to him so many times. 

“He’s been playing through the pain barrier and he’s been criticised left, right and centre but when he came back for Rochdale, Arsenal he could easily have opted to not try to play them, but he wanted to play. 

“He wanted to try to get back, it was too painful so he had that scan but he’s on the way back. He’s mending, he’s recovering. 

“He’s been on a few days off working but he’s away from here, and then there’s a picture. When you’re at Man United, you do get pictures, speculation, I don’t have any problem with that at all.”
