Marcus Rashford Injury Update: Manchester United is under huge crises with Rashford likely to stay out for 6 weeks with crucial games ahead.
Manchester United faced a huge blow after Marcus Rashford struggled to continue the game and was seen in pain, but the fans were later relieved after he reappeared against Wolves in the FA Cup fixture.
But it was short-lived as Rashford struggled to continue and left the pitch with the medical staff. Ole Solskjaer further revealed that his injury could be serious.
In the latest update, according to the Independent, Rashford is likely to miss games for Manchester United for the next 6 weeks, which means he will miss the games against Chelsea, Everton and Manchester City.
Rashford has already shown his disappointment with the injury on social media, after the Wolves game, Rashford tweeted: “Never want to feel like I’ve let my teammates, the club and most importantly the fans down so did my very best to carry on tonight and was gutted to come off. Top work from the lads to get into the next round.”
The 22-year-old was pictured travelling to Old Trafford for the game against Norwich with an ultrasound device designed to help treat bone fractures. Rashford has experienced issues with his back since he was a young player and has used the machine to treat the problems.
It has further reported by the Independent that Rashford was in severe pain as he found it difficult to sit down at a personal event held at Hotel Football – nearby to Old Trafford – after Manchester United’s win over Norwich.
