Serie A title race match postponed amidst Coronavirus scare
Serie A matches have been postponed amidst the coronavirus spread in Italy, earlier were planned to be behind the closed doors.
The Coronavirus widespread has strongly affected the sporting scene in Europe, with Switzerland already cancelling its league amidst the threat of the virus.
According to Fabrizio Romano, with the rising numbers of cases in Italy, Serie A have decided to postpone four matches on this game-week, among the matches listed, Inter Milan Vs Juventus is also included.
The match was going to be a crucial point in his campaign of Serie A as both teams are competing against each other neck to neck for the title this season along with Lazio.
Apart from this match, AC Milan-Genoa, Parma-Spal, Udinese-Fiorentina and Sassuolo-Brescia have also been postponed which were supposed to be played in this game-week.

On Thursday, Serie A officially announced the matches were going to be played behind closed doors. But the decisions were changed by the officials immediately before the kick-off of these matches.
This is the second time when Serie A has been affected by the threat of Coronavirus, last week Inter-Sampdoria, Verona-Cagliari and Atalanta-Sassuolo were also cancelled.

Italy is not the victim of cancelling major events, there are several other countries in Europe, which are compelled to take similar actions, even the Premier League is speculated to get cancelled amidst the threat.
Further, even the global scale tournaments scheduled in summer are facing a similar threat, there have been some reports circulating that Euro 2020 and Tokyo Olympics might get cancelled because of Coronavirus spread.
Now, to take prevention, the Premier League club Newcastle United, as they have reportedly banned their players to shake hands with each other after getting advice from doctors. Whereas, Arsenal reportedly banned journalists with a cough to press conferences.
