The Q2 came in as a surprise, as Sebastian Vettel was among the next 5 drivers who faced the elimination, apart from that there were no other surprises, but Mercedes came up in the order showing their sheer dominance.
Meanwhile, Ferrari’s Leclerc also slipped in the order, with him finishing at 10th position, marginally missing the elimination. Later in the Q3 soared, with final 10 drivers vying for the top spots.
Bottas dominated the third round, with his teammate Hamilton pushing him to the edge. The Finnish driver almost made a blunder when he ended up in the grass, but despite this also he managed to keep his pole position.
Followed by Hamilton and Verstappen respectively. Lando Norris took an impressive 4th position, and Alex Albon ended up at 5th. Whereas, Leclerc made a slight jump to 7th grid position.
