Magic will desperately miss the services of Gordon who has averaged 14.4 points, 7.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists this season.
The dunking machine has carried the squad this season and he would have been crucial to guard reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo who has continued with his monstrous performances in the series so far. In his absence, the Magic has lacked the size and defensive skills required to stop the Bucks superstar.
Nikola Vucevic and Ross were instrumental in helping Magic win game 1, but Bucks came back strongly in Game 2, having a strong game plan against the Magic defense.
The Magic romped to a game 1 victory and will hope to rediscover that mojo after an annihilating loss in game 2 where Giannis put up 28 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists.
