Manchester Weather for England vs Australia ODI: What is the weather prediction for ENG vs AUS Old Trafford ODI?
Manchester Weather for England vs Australia: The SportsRush presents for you the detailed weather prediction for the first ENG vs AUS ODI.
The first ODI of the ongoing Australia’s tour of England will be played tomorrow at the Old Trafford in Manchester. While both the teams will be playing with a full-strength squad, England surely have the upper hand in this format.
For starters, England have won 11 out of their last 13 ODIs against Australia. The last time Australia won an ODI series against England was half-a-decade ago under Steve Smith – his first five-match series as ODI captain.
In addition to the same, Australia also face the threat of playing a white-ball against England at home – an area at which the hosts have excelled at will in the last few years.

Having flexed their muscle in the T20I series, England will have eyes on registering their second ODI-series victory this summer. England, who haven’t lost a series across formats in this truncated summer season due to the novel COVID-19 pandemic, would be looking to maintain the record in the last series as well.

As has been the trend in the recently concluded T20I series, rain is highly unlikely to be a concern for players and fans ahead of the first ODI. With the match starting at 01:00 PM (local time), the weather will mostly be a blend of sunny and cloudy without any prediction of showers in Manchester at this point in time.

The temperature will mostly be between 14 degree to 18 degree with a rain prediction in single digits throughout the afternoon and evening. Therefore, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that fans and players should expect a full 100-over contest with no rain interruption whatsoever.
