“Stephen Curry is the greatest shooter of all time – regular season”: Skip Bayless sneakily disses Warriors legend for his playoff performances despite his 47-point night against Boston
Skip Bayless hands Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry a back-handed compliment after a 47-point showing against the Celtics.
Stephen Curry has started to go supernova this season. After what was a bit of a slow start to the season, the player has adjusted perfectly to his situation. And despite only recently coming back from an excruciating tailbone injury, the player has scored over 40 points, in 3 of his last 4 games.
One of these stellar performances was the Chef’s stellar night against the Boston Celtics. In a close 119-114 loss, Curry had an incredible 47 points on 15 of 27 from the field, and 11 of 19 from three.
Quite simply, Stephen Curry took over when he was needed the most, and some would even say they were incredibly unlucky to not grab the win.
Since the game, many in the NBA community have come out and commended the baby-faced assassin’s greatness. However, it seems Skip Bayless can’t seem to help but hate on the player, even when he compliments him.

As countless fans of the NBA know a bit too well by now, Skip Bayless isn’t your standard analyst. The 69-year-old has become infamous for making infuriating hot takes solely for TV ratings for his show ‘Undisputed’.
In recent weeks, the analyst has thrown shots at Luka Doncic, Talen Horton-Tucker, LeBron James and so many more. And with his recent tweet, it seems Stephen Curry has been added to that list as well.
Steph Curry just proved once again, at Boston, he’s the greatest regular-season distance shooter ever. Regular season.

There has often been criticism about Stephen Curry’s abilities in the playoffs. However, his career percentage from beyond the arc stands at a stellar 40.5% on 10.5 attempts per game.
This is yet another case of Skip Bayless simply not choosing to look at the facts and figures, to catch the fans’ attention. And if this goes on, there will be a day where the fans are far too annoyed by his takes to ever tune into his show ever again.
