The first test match between India and Sri Lanka has had it fair share of controversies. The most notable incident took place on day four, when Perera apparently asked the dressing room before he took the DRS.

Commentator Simon Doull was unimpressed and even said it on air that such actions are not in line with the spirit of the game.

On day five, Kohli was adjudged LBW by Lakmal before the Indian skipper calmly asked for the review. Kohli was supremely confident that he was safe which was then proven on the big screen.

After the decision was reversed, Kohli mocked Lakmal for appealing so vigorously to the umpire. But it was all in good fun, as Lakmal took it sportingly!
