Steve Smith continues to lead the latest ICC Test rankings

Still leading the ICC Test Rankings, Steve Smith must be ruing his horrendous mistake in the Cape Town test match, as the former Aussie skipper cannot play cricket for the next twelve months.

In the prime of his career, Smith is arguably the best test batsman of his generation, and one of the best batsman in the history of test cricket.

With an average of 61.38, only Sir Don Bradman has a higher average that Smith in the longest format of the game, making Smith’s one-year ban all the more awful.
