Yuvraj Singh & Co flaunt their intense workouts in the Gym
‘Fitness’ parameter is one of the key points that is being followed by the Indian cricket team. BCCI is looking for that additional effort from the players. If the player is fit as a fiddle then he is deemed to give the team a bonus and that’s a concrete calculation.
Recently, players like Yuvraj Singh, Hardik Pandya, Kedar Jadhav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Dinesh Karthik and Axar Patel sweat it out in the gym to maintain their good shape. Things are not going down too well with Yuvraj Singh and his fitness standards.
The former Indian legend Ashish Nehra was discussing the Yo-Yo Test score in the commentary box during the opening Test between India and Sri Lanka. He added saying that Yuvraj Singh failed to clear the Yo-Yo test.

“It found it easy because as a pacer, I’m fond of running. But some players find it difficult. Like Yuvraj Singh is still stuck in there and yet to clear it,” Nehra said.
“Yuvraj is spending his time at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore to get fit and pass the Yo-Yo test. He has that ability to make his place in ODIs and T20Is,” Nehra said.
With a ‘Never Give Up’ attitude, Yuvraj Singh is taking the test a bit seriously with a vision to get back into the Indian team in the times to come. He took to his Instagram account to post a picture of himself with other players in the gym.
His caption was quoted saying, “Get up get up and #doitagain 👊🏽😜👹✌️🏃 @jaspritb1 @hardikpandya93 @yuzi_chahal23 @kedarjadhavofficial @dk00019 @akshar.patel.”
