How many times have we seen MS Dhoni pulling off rippers behind the stumps? Isn’t it a pleasant feeling to watch his sumptuous presence of mind in crunch situations?

During the second ODI between India and Sri Lanka in the PCA Stadium, Mohali, MS Dhoni’s exuberance came to the fore which as usual took everyone by a surprise.

In the 10.5 over, Hardik Pandya bowled to Angelo Mathews and the batsman got a lucky thick edge to nudge it towards the third man.

Yuzvendra Chahal got there at a brisk pace to plunge his hands on to the ball and he threw with brute force towards MS Dhoni.

MS Dhoni knew exactly where the ball was going to project. Much to his decisive calculation, he took his hand out of the way as the ball was jetting off towards the stumps.

The ball did hit the leg bail, but Angelo Mathews was just in at the crease in what was a risky one to complete the second run.
