WATCH: Rohit Sharma celebrates as he hits the fastest T20 International century
The T20 series until now has been all about India, as they have dominated from the word go and haven’t let Sri Lanka settle one bit.
On a flat Indore track, it felt like batting second should be the way to go, and that is exactly what Thisara did after winning the toss, but did he account for the scoreboard pressure if this strong Indian batting line up gets going? I don’t think he did.
Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul played a quite first 4 overs, but unleashed in the next few overs, hitting boundaries for fun.
Rohit Sharma tore apart the bowlers, hitting all his sixes into the second tier and bringing up his hundred in just 35 balls, equalling David Miller’s record for the fastest ever T20 International century.

Rohit Sharma brought up his 100 with a sumptuous boundary over extra cover, and would be now vying to go for his first ever T20 double hundred.
