IPL 2018 Fantasy Guide: Fantasy Tips for CSK vs DD

The formidable Chennai franchise will be against the resurgent Daredevils from Delhi, who are on the rise under their new captain Shreyas Iyer.

Iyer led DD delivered a near perfect performance against the Knight Riders, clicking as a unit and overshadowing KKR in all three departments.

CSK are coming off a rare defeat, as MI dished out an inspired performance at Pune, brushing aside the CSK challenge with ease.

MS Dhoni and co. will be hoping to get their campaign back on track today by halting the Delhi express.

But will Iyer and co. give in easily?

IPL Fantasy League(Fantasy Tips for CSK vs DD)

Transfer out: Siddharth Kaul/Sunil Narine, Shikhar Dhawan

Transfer in: Suresh Raina/DJ Bravo, Shreyas Iyer

Note: I got Chris Lynn because ABD wasn’t playing yesterday.

Now, I already have Shane Watson in my side for this game.

DD play twice in three games and hence I would draft in at least one DD player in my side for this game. Also, CSK play thrice in the next 6 games and hence it would also be wise to get in another CSK player into my XI.

From Delhi Daredevils, I will like to bring in the most trusted of their players, who can give me 100 points before I have to transfer them out.

The most dependable of them right now seems to be Shreyas Iyer and I would like to go ahead with him, as he has also been batting ahead of Pant in the last 4 games.

Iyer has looked in great touch, manoeuvring the ball around initially and then striking them beautifully towards the fag end of the innings.

For the second transfer, I am torn between Rayudu and Raina.

While there is no way to tell as to which of them would strike big, I am going to go in with Raina, as I feel that Boult’s initial swing could prove to be a little too much for Rayudu.

But if CSK bowl first, I’ll get in Bravo, who could be amongst the wickets against the meek lower order of DD.

So, if CSK bat first get in Raina, else get in Bravo.

For the uncapped player I get in the super talented Avesh Khan, who has been bowling these missiles in the last two games for DD. But I do that only if DD bowl first, if DD bat first, I get in Prithvi Shaw.

Now, I already have Shane Watson, DJ Bravo and Rishabh Pant in my side for this game.

Shreyas Iyer would be the first player that I get into my side for reasons already mentioned in the IPL Fantasy League section.

I wanted to get in one from Rayudu and Raina and while I ended up getting in Raina in the IPL Fantasy League section, I couldn’t do it here because of the cost constraint.

I’ll draft in Rayudu anyway because CSK play thrice in next 6 games.
