WWE Legend Demands Whopping $10 Million for His In-Ring Return – “WWE Could Afford It”
The Olympic Gold Medalist” has had a legendary in-ring career that spanned over two decades. From WWE to TNA, the Hall of Famer held more than 20 championships before hanging up his boots in 2019. Well, after having a double knee replacement surgery earlier this year, it seems Kurt Angle is open to a WWE return. In fact, the American Hero is ready but for that, he demands a huge amount of money.
Speaking on a recent episode of his “The Kurt Angle Show“, the 53-year-old discussed a potential comeback to the squared circle. Kurt Angle shared a past conversation that he had with Tony Khan. It was the time when the promotion was going to make its debut in pro wrestling. The Olympian recalled the AEW President asking him to wrestle for him but at the same time, claimed he wanted $3 Million for 10 matches.
However, the Hall of Famer then went on to disclose the price for making a comeback to WWE.
Kurt Angle said he will make a WWE return but needs $10 Million for that
During the show, The Olympic Gold Medalist was asked about his opinions about facing Shane McMahon at WrestleMania. Although Kurt Angle liked the idea of a WWE return, he found that tough to happen. In fact, he claimed that bringing him back will cost a lot of money.
To be specific, the Hall of Famer laughed and said he wants $10 Million to make a return to the squared circle. Moreover, he also noted that WWE can afford that amount of money. He said:
“Oh man, that’s tough. It would have to be a lot of money man. I’m talking like $10 million. WWE could afford it so…”
Well, for those who want Kurt Angle to make a WWE return, you know the price now. Though, it is unlikely that the company would want is unlikely that company would spend this much money on him.

After having a successful in-ring career, Kurt Angle finally decided to retire at the 2019 WrestleMania. Though the last superstar he faced wasn’t an opponent of his choice. Kurt Angle wanted to wrestle his retirement match against John Cena but instead, he got Barin Corbin. Moreover, the Hall of Famer was booked to lose his last match in the squared circle.
Nevertheless, considering the number of injuries Kurt Angle suffered during his career, an in-ring return appears unlikely. However, WWE can sign him as a manager for any young superstar. Now, whether that happens or not, is yet to be seen.
