“Stephen Curry is Jealous of LeBron James!”: Skip Bayless Makes a BOLD CLAIM About 2022 Finals MVP and ‘The King’
In basketball, everyone is always obsessed with a few topics. Whether it is the GOAT debate, a debate about the MVP, or even more, someone’s All-Time starting five. These topics of discussion do not stay confined to only the fans. Players are often asked about the same, and Stephen Curry was no exception.
When Steph was being interviewed for Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year honors, he was asked to list his all-time five. The list already has Steph on it, so he selected his other four peers. He named Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Dirk Nowitzki, and Shaquille O’Neal.

This list has caused a lot of debates all across media platforms. Recently Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe jumped on the topic too.
Skip Bayless claims there is jealousy between Stephen Curry and LeBron James
Having played four consecutive Finals against each other, everyone seems to assume there is animosity between LeBron James and Stephen Curry. However, those finals are a thing of the past, with the last one being played in 2018.
However, Skip Bayless believes things still aren’t the smoothest between the two superstars of the 2010s. Talking about the list, Skip couldn’t digest the fact that Steph kept himself on it. Moving on, he believes that Steph is jealous and harbors animosity toward The King.
.@RealSkipBayless reacts to Steph Curry leaving LeBron off his all-time starting 5 list:
“I’ll have to assume reading into this that there’s still some jealousy and resentment factor between these 2, or he would’ve put LeBron in there.” pic.twitter.com/s6MboJFM5b

These are wild accusations with no basis behind them. Steph and LeBron have always shown great respect to one another, whether on the court or off it.
How would Steph’s five fare?
Having a lineup of himself, Magic, Jordan, Dirk, and Shaq, Steph has touched all bases. In today’s world, Magic and MJ could easily alternate as Guard/Forwards. With Magic obviously bringing the ball down the floor, Steph’s constant movement, Jordan’s greatness, Dirk’s range, and Shaq’s sheer dominance, the team would be hard to guard.
In today’s world, if these five team up, this team is easily beating the 2015-16 Warriors’ 73-game record.
