“Hope, He Was Rested For Playoffs”: Instagram Bombshell Veronika Rajek Wasn’t Pleased To See Tom Brady Getting Benched Against Falcons

Tom Brady has had an absolute rollercoaster of a season. He first retired earlier last year but then decided to return to the league in a matter of weeks. While many were delighted to see him back, a lot of experts and fans weren’t pleased with the haphazard decision making.

Post that, he took an unprecedented 11-day break from Bucs practice and returned all frustrated, hinting that something was wrong in his personal life. Soon, it was announced that Tom and Gisele are parting ways.

As expected, Brady’s personal life troubles affected his on-field performances as well and he was seen throwing temper tantrums on the sidelines on several occasions. Moreover, his individual numbers were nowhere as good as his team was expecting them to be.

However, Tom has the tendency to bounce back just when everyone starts writing him off and yet again, he scripted a magnificent comeback by guiding his team to a couple of incredible come from behind wins which eventually allowed them to confirm a berth in the playoffs even before playing their final regular season game.

Veronika Rajek wasn’t pleased to see Tom Brady getting benched

Last Sunday, when his team took on the Falcons for the week 18 clash, there was nothing on the line so Tom getting benched was rather expected. However, he had made it very clear that he wants to play the game. Probably because the team from Tampa Bay wanted to go into the playoffs with a winning momentum.

Tom started off well and even ended up breaking a couple of records. He needed just 9 more passes to break Matthew Stafford’s record for most pass attempts in a season. In addition to that, he needed nine passes to break his own record for most completions in a season as well.

After breaking the record and scoring 1 touchdown for 84 yards, Tom was benched and Blaine Gabbert was given a go. Even Kyle Trask got a chance to show his prowess on the field. Tom’s absence did hurt the Bucs who were eventually defeated by 30-17.

While benching Tom made sense as the team wants to protect him for the playoffs, many of his fans weren’t happy with the move. His alleged girlfriend Veronika Rajek also took to Instagram to show how disappointed she was after seeing Tom getting benched.

“Hope they are just resting him for the playoffs,” Veronika wrote on Insta while sharing Brady’s picture. While the world knows that Rajek is a massive Brady fan, it isn’t clear if she is actually interested in dating Tom as she is already married.
