WWE’s top star Roman Reigns has been relentless with his long-established title reign. The Tribal Chief is currently the longest-reigning Universal Champion. With each passing WWE PLE, Reigns figures out a way to retain both his titles. The WWE Undisputed Universal Champion unified the titles after defeating then-WWE Champion Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 in a winner take all match. Since then, the 37-year-old has been on a roll. Aside from being a top heel and virtually untouchable in the ring, Reigns is also a benevolent family man in real life. 

Belonging to the warrior Samoan Clan, Roman Reigns is related to WWE legend Rikishi, The Rock, and the Usos. Before his wrestling career kicked off, Roman Reigns studied Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Reigns was also a part of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets football team.

Interestingly, he met the woman behind his success in the same institute. The power couple started dating in college and got affianced in 2012. Fast-forward to two years later, the couple tied the knot on a private island in the Bahamas at Disney’s theme set.

Roman Reigns is married to the lovely Galina Joelle Becker, who hails from Jacksonville, Florida. Much like her significant other, she was an athlete at Mt. Pleasant High School. As noted, the couple met at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they both studied management. Becker pursued her sport even in college, claiming regional numerous regional titles in the long and triple jump. Mrs. Reigns was also her team’s MVP in college. 

After graduating from college, Becker became a fitness model. Besides that, the 35-year-old is an internet celebrity and a homemaker. Galina Becker has been the first lady of the revered Anoa’i family for nine years now. The couple has one child out of their wedlock. Their daughter, Joelle Anoa’i, was born in 2008 and was lucky to be present at her parents’ wedding in 2014. 

Roman Reigns’ wedding song was from Disney’s Aladdin movie

Roman Reigns’ wedding took place while he was away from WWE in December 2014 due to an incarcerated hernia. But Reigns had a whale of a time dancing to Aladdin’s “A Whole New World” song at his wedding. The couple had a traditional dreamlike wedding at Disney’s Castaway Cay, owned by Disney Enterprise.

Two months after his wedding, Roman Reigns returned to the company and won the Royal Rumble Match. Reigns then headlines WrestleMania 31 and won his first-ever Universal Championship after defeating Brock Lesnar.
